Shaping the future of policing

Under this theme, participants from many countries discuss strategies and innovation, training, norms and narratives. The annual conference is taking place at the Training Insitute of the Bavarian Police in Ainring. Questions of leadership and learning, self-awareness, and organisational structure and culture form part of the program as well.
