An interactive Orientation Workshop this week strategized and planned for the roll-out of a successful pilot project into more areas of Cape Town.

Scaling up for bigger impact

The Workshop brought together the South African Police Service and the Western Cape Government to scale a proven strategy that reduced violent crime in five pilot areas last year. 

 The approach of evidence-based hotspot policing will now be rolled out to 9 stations across Cape Town.
