The latest Local Government Bulletin published recently by our partner team in the Dullah Omar Institute, University of the Western Cape, contains a summary of the new bill. The article was authored by Jennica Beukes, a Legal practitioner and Doctoral Researcher at the Institute.

The Bulletin is published regularly with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Bavarian State Chancellery. 

The June edition of the publication contains several other very informative articles on key issues related to local government.
