A Mentoring and Coaching Course for Municipal Managers is currently taking place in all five Districts of the Western Cape. The three day courses are met with great interest by the Officials invited.

The content of the accredited course has been developed by our longstanding partners in the School of Public Leadership (SPL) at Stellenbosch University. 

The SPL experts are implementing the course which is supported by the Department of Local Government in the Western Cape Government and Hanns Seidel Foundation.

The 3-day course for Municipal Managers, held in all 5 districts of the province currently, is designed to help transform municipal administration and embed best practice, aiming to further facilitate service delivery and good governance. 

Ongoing skilfull mentoring and coaching of municipal officials by experienced colleagues has the potential to support individual growth, team development and institutional cohesion and efficiency.
