A caring, holistic approach to professional training
For over thirty years, students, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, completed vocational training at Bergzicht in Stellenbosch - in professions where there is a demand for skilled alumni.
Apart from focused training for work in the hospitality industry, in early childhood development institutions and as caregivers, amongst other fields, students also participate in Wilderness Camps to facilitate a holistic development approach, and Computer Training.
Bergzicht assists with finding suitable positions that students can be employed in after their graduation, contributing further to a high success rate of around 80 % of alumni finding work soon after completing their training. Most of them are still permanently employed over a year later. Some graduates manage to start their own businesses as well.
Having partnered with Bergzicht Training for over 30 years, we are proud to belong to the Bergzicht family, and to continue to support this experienced, innovative, caring training institution and its brilliant and determined students.
