Participants valued the opportunities for discussions and coversations with decision makers from different sectors and countries.

On the sidelines of the conference, German MP Thomas Erndl, Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and MP Wolfgang Stefinger, Committee for Economic Cooperation & Development, had a productive meeting with Western Cape MEC Mireille Wenger. The exchange could touch on diverse topics, and also focused on Hydrogen and other energy opportunities, and the well-established partnership between Bavaria and the Western Cape, its Partner Province in South Africa.
