Against the backdrop of the partnership between Bavaria and the Western Cape, the HSF, in cooperation with the Institute for Security Studies, organised an exchange programme on service oriented law enforcement and evidence based policing.

The productive workshops in Munich and at a police school nearby were characterised by an intensive exchange, and great ideas being discussed between officials from the City of Cape Town, the Western Cape Government and the Bavarian Police.  

One outcome: partnerships matter - and efficient relations with prosecutors, the South African Police Service and communities.
