Seasonal Schools for Councilors are being held in different districts of the Western Cape. The multi-party schools are co-hosted by the Western Cape Department of Local Government and the Stellenbosch University School of Public Leadership, with support by the Bavarian State Chancellery and the Hanns Seidel Foundation,

The focus of this year's schools is on building strong collaborations between councils and community organizations, driving better outcomes, and managing coalitions. The collaborative initiative provides a platform for knowledge sharing and capacity building, contributing to enabling councillors to lead with integrity, accountability, and purpose in the service of their communities.
