Bergzicht Training & Development in Stellenbosch has been a valued partner of the Hanns Seidel Foundation since 1992, fostering the vocational development of disadvantaged young South Africans.

With vocational training, the students acquire crucial skills and confidence, enabling them to find jobs and lead independent lives.

The centre offers vocational training in sectors where skilled young people can find jobs in the area. As part of the holistic education, it offers students valuable exercises, interactive group work and reflection sessions at a focused Wilderness Camp each year as well. 

The Centre also supports the students in their search for suitable positions, and rates of alumni finding and retaining jobs are consistently very high. What a fantastic local initiative for vocational training and job placement!
