Edited by Dr. Justice Mavedzenge and Dr. Musa Kika, the new edition of the Journal founded in 2022 was once again published jointly by the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum, the University of Zimbabwe, the University of Cape Town and our partner team at the Democratic Governance and Rights Unit (UCT). 

Otto Saki, Bianca Mahere, Darlington Marange and Bright Thulani Chimedza authored the contributions for this volume.
